[I get nervous about being nervous]

I really need to calm down. I'm constantly nervous, anxious about everything. The worst part is that because I'm aware of it, instead of relaxing, I get worried about being nervous. I just can't stop. Any soothing I do is temporary at best. Why can't I calm down?

Is it the stress of a new job and change of environment? Even if it seems out of the blue and doesn't pertain to whats going on throughout the workday, there might be something to it. Are you nervous on the weekend, too? I have some great guided meditations I could send you. Restful awareness and heart centering meditations. Let me know if you'd like to give them a gander, and by gander I mean listen. They don't require much effort or expertise on your part. Will's voice is so soothing, it practically does the work for you. :)

It's always and it's about everything. It doesn't matter what day it is or what is happening in my life, I always find something (and some time nothing) to be anxious about.

I enjoy guided meditation. I used to do it frequently a few years ago. I loved doing it when I did acupuncture. I'd love to hear whatever you've got. I'm always looking for a new soothing sound.

The only problem is that as I said- it's temporary. Everything is temporary except my anxiety.
